One at a time by Colombian Artisans .....
As you can see, aesthetics are a big part of what we do. We want to create products that induce a sense of joy upon every glance. We could follow the common trend in this industry and outsource our manufacturing to factories abroad and limit ourselves to mainstream manufacturing methods and processes.
However, then our speaker would look similar to everything else that you find in your local hifi store. Where is the excitement in that?
This was so important to us that we spent more than a year in research and development to develop manufacturing processes that allow for creativity while keeping the cost down and being environmentally friendly.
It was not an easy feat by any measure, and we had to go back to the drawing board many times and start from scratch. Only after numerous prototypes, we arrived at the perfect manufacturing techniques.
Our manufacturing process now provides for our designers and engineers a flexible medium that allows for the imagination to go beyond what was traditionally possible.
An interesting benefit of our unique manufacturing process is that we can make our enclosures internal walls as thick as we please and have as many internal braces as we want and still make them affordable. So it leaves no incentive to make poorly constructed enclosures. Besides, it just does not mix with our values and dedication to high fidelity sound. As a result, our enclosures are exceptionally sturdy and resonance free.
We use expensive solid hardwood for the front and back panels of the enclosure. We do not veneer our wood and take a minimalistic approach to finishing. This means that scratches will not detract from the beauty of the wood and even deeper scratches will not standout. We also use upholstery grade, beautiful eco-friendly alternative treated to withstand the test of time. Our speaker enclosures are built to last.
